Once the project is agreed, a deposit secures your commission and we'll confirm the final details before work begins.

BUILD & PAINT
Your commission moves into production, including assembly, conversions, painting, basing and effects as agreed for your project.

PROGRESS & APPROVAL
I'll provide progress updates throughout the commission, with key stages shared for approval where appropriate.

COMPLETION & DELIVERY
Once complete, your commission is photographed, carefully packaged and shipped to you using an appropriate tracked service.
